The Taxman, as his name implies, is a tax collector who specializes in managing the finances of various social media influencers. when he’s not doing his day job, he hunts down and captures high-level manifestations as a registered resonator. It is his job to help keep the peace and the world of versus safe and in balance.

Tax

Tax is a character that has the ability to absorb and take energy and power from his opponent. With this ability, he automatically gets a percentage of all the power a character produces.

• Immunty (Passive) (Level Access 10-20)

  • Mind COntrol, DUrability Negation, Space Manipulation, Time Manipulation

SKILLS

Taxation (Passive) (Level Access 1-20)

• This ability allows Taxman to impose a tax on any person he comes into contact with. This tax comes in the form of a debuff to one or more stats or skills the person possesses.

  • Taxman chooses the debuff and it can be stacked or combined with others.

Default (Activated) (Level Access 1-20)

• When activated this allows Taxman to put a lock on any stat or skill that he has applied a tax to. Stats effected by this drop to zero and skills effected by this are locked.

  • These stats and or skills can only be restored by Taxman or by receiving damage equal to the level at which this was activated times the number of taxes currently applied

Refund (Activated) (Level Access 5-20)

• When activated Taxman is refunded any health that he has lost in the past 24hrs. Additionally, this damage is dealt back to whoever inflicted it but doubled.

  • This ability is limited to 2 uses per day.

Seizure (ACtivated) (Level ACcess 13-20)

• When activated this Taxman is allowed to take the max stats of any person he has a tax on and add them to his own. He can also take on any skills that he has applied a tax to.

  • These stats and skills can be given to his allies as well for their own buffs.

Collection (Ultimate) (Duration: 30min)

• When activated Taxman can freely tax anybody within a 30ft radius of him and take the abilities and books those people.

  • These abilities and books are lost to them for the duration of the ability and Taxman is allowed to keep one book per person this is used on.

  • Cooldown: 24hrs
