OCEANIC (PASSIVE) (level access 1-20)

• This ability allows Sai to control all water, in all forms in his vicinity.

  • This extended to the water vapors in the air and the water in the human body.

CHARYBDIS (ACTIVATED) (level access 1-20)

• When activated, Sai creates a giant whirlpool where the size is dictated by the users (striking), of their current level.

• This whirlpool continuously drains the energy of any enemy caught in it, and as one sinks lower into it, their max level is reduced by 1.

  • THe maximum amount of levels that can be reduced is equal to Sai’s current level.

DAVY JONES (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-20)

• When activated, Sai can summon the spirits of the dead that have died in the ocean.

• ThESE spirits fight at Sai’s command and can attack the physical and spiritual body of his enemies.

  • the amount of spirits summoned is dictated by the (striking) of the current (level) of that user

    • again do not mix the (level) with the (striking) of the (level)

• Sai does not need an ocean to be nearby for this to activate, but the effect is doubled if one is.

RISING TIDE (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-20)

• When activated Sai’s tattoo begins to glow. Every blow Sai lands increases the strength of the next blow while lowering the strength of his opponent.

  • Once struck 5x, the opponent becomes Drowned.

    • (Drowned: Any stat reductions after this is applied are permanent)

BAIDAM (ULTIMATE) (Duration: Single Use) (Level access 10-20)

• When activated, Sai creates a dark space with an ocean on top of the shark constellation, (Baidam) that he and his opponent(s) stand on.

  • No skills or abilities can be activated in this space.

  • Energy is drained from his opponent(s) as time progresses. Should they run out before Sai is defeated, Baidam rises up and eats them. Erasing them from existence.

• (Cooldown: 24hrs)

MANIFESTED

Water of life (passive) (level access 1-20)

• This ability allows the user to heal any wound or regenerate any missing limbs, or their soul if they’re at a high enough level, by absorbing moisture.

• This moisture does not have to come from water. as long as moisture is present, the user can feed on it to replenish or rebuild any damage parts of their body.

• speed of regeneration is dictated by the users level

Heart of my people (Passive) (level access 1-20)

• When activated, the user can call upon the strength and numbers of everyone that has passed on from the physical plane who are a part of his culture.

  • Every summoned soul then becomes as powerful as the user.

Sea of stars (passive) (level access 5-20)

• When activated the user controls the current.

  • that doesn’t just mean water. that includes Blood, Brain ACtivity, space, time, the stars, anything that has a flow or current bends to the will of the user.

    • the limit and range of this ability is dictated by the users level.

The food of the sea (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-20)

• the user can summon any animal that ever existed in the ocean.

  • the amount is dictated by the range of the users level

Body of water (activated) (level access 10-20)

• When activated, the user becomes water itself.

  • The user can also be anything that has a current provided they are at a high enough level to control it on a conceptual level.

  • the user can also grow in size, but Their max size is dictated by the range of their level.

Call to the gods (activated) (Level Alexis 10-20)

• When activated, this ability allows the user to summon every God of sai’s culture (Hawaiian)
