SKILLS

TRACKER (PASSIVE) (level access5-20)

  • This ability allows Data to sense the locations of all people within a 20ft radius and know what their maximum potential levels. If he focuses on a single target he can sense what character(s) they resonate with.

BIND (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-10)

  • When activated this allows Data to mark his target on contact. Once marked, Data can instantly teleport himself to anywhere within 20ft of their location. Marks are limited to 1 per every 5 levels he has active and will disappear after 24hrs.

    • Must initially be a higher level to mark.

SENTENCING (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-20)

  • When activated Data can give a command to a target that has been marked and they cannot disobey.

    • This ability is limited to those who Data has a higher level than, but if the target is Chained, this restriction is lifted.


Judgment (activateD) (level access 11-20)

  • This ability allows the user to erase incoming projectiles that do not travel at the speed of light. This ability is increased to infinity at level 16

EXECUTIONER (ACTIVATED) (level access 15 -20)

  • When activated Data can instantly execute the next target he strikes. This is immutable and ignores all resistances so long as Data’s level is higher.

    • If the target is Chained, this restriction is lifted.

BALANCE (ULTIMATE) (Duration: 1hr) (level access 10-20)

  • When activated Data sees all past actions of the target in an instant. These actions are then placed on a scale reading “Punish” on one side and “Save” on the other. If Punish outweighs Save, their existence is erased throughout time. If Save outweighs Punish, they are perfectly invulnerable and healed to 100%.

    • Data is always in the Save condition while active.

    • Chained targets, are always Punished.

    • (Cooldown: 12hrs)

  • This ability allows the user to decide if an attack will heal or hurt them. 

Cause and Effect (activateD) (level access 10-20)

  • This ability allows to user to decide how an opponents attack reacts to their body.

    • For instance, if an attack would heal the user, it would also increase the user's speed and durability. If an attack would hurt the user, the ability would increase their strength and size

  • This ability allows the user to create a universe where the opponents are, then put on trial in the universal court of justice, and if they are found guilty, they are then erased from existence
