X is a young man that works as a professional debater, and he’s looking to take the top spot in the city every year. He is so good at what he does, he was given the nickname “ice” because he’s just that cold.

Frosty
Frosty is the king of snowmen, and as the king of snowmen, frosty controls winter and does so with snowman magic. His ice can freeze anything including time. He can also create snowmen of any size he desires. If there’s moisture, Frosty can always reconstitute himself because when it comes to Frosty, Winter is always in season.
WEAPONRY
Bo staff (Type: Armor, Class: Impact)
THis staff creates a 5ft cold field around X regardless of the temperature outside of it.
BASE ABILITIES
Immunity (Passive) (Level Access: 10-20)
Ice attacks, Water attacks, Weather manipulation, mind control
SKILLS
ice box (Passive) (Level access: 1-20)
This ability gives X the ability to make ice and form it into anything he wishes.
He can also form Snowmen of any size that follow his commands.
These snowmen are always 3 levels below X and have an ice breath attack as well.
Cryogenisis (Activated) (Level Acess: 5-20)
When activated X gains the ability to freeze in place all targets on or below his level he strikes within the next 10min.
A target above his level is locked at that level for the next 5min.
Freezer Burn (Activated) (Level Access: 10-20)
When activated, X creates a 50ft aura.
Anybody currently under the effect of an ice ability within this aura automatically has their level reduced by 5 and takes damage equal to the level they were at when activated.
North Pole (aCTIVATED) (lEVEL aCCESS: 15-20)
When activated X creates a 100ft tall, 15ft diameter pole of indestructible ice with a 30ft AoE that shrinks by 10ft per minute.
All targets within this area lose 2 levels per minute.
IF their level falls 5 below X’s, the Frostbite condition applies and each skill starting from the top of their skill chart will be Frostbitten for every level they lose after this.
(Frostbite: A skill is now inaccessible)
Ice AGe (Ultimate) (Level Access: 10-20)
When activated X becomes an intangible spirit of ice. Anything he flies through, or touches is immediately frozen to absolute zero.
Any resonator on or below his level he flies through has their resonating character(s) and book(s) frozen as well.
Any resonator above his level loses 10 levels and has all skills other than their ultimate Frostbitten but is not frozen to absolute zero.
If they fall below X’s level, the 1st condition applies.
Any effect applied while this skill is active lasts for 24hrs.
